Exchange and return

Models made to order cannot be exchanged or returned!

The following conditions apply to models that are available:

Exchange

If the product did not suit you or you discovered that the product is missing, you have the right to make an exchange within 14 days for conditions of availability of the product for which you need to make an exchange, from the moment of purchase under the following conditions:

• preservation of the commercial type;
• absence of mechanical damage or deformation;
• no traces of use;
• availability of tags.

Return

If the product did not suit you, or you discovered a lack of the product, you have the right to return within 14 days from the moment of purchase under the following conditions:

• preservation of the commercial type;
• absence of mechanical damage or deformation;
• no traces of use;
• availability of tags.
  

In all cases postal services are paid by the client, except:

• detected defect (mechanical damage or deformation);
• received the wrong product that was ordered.
